- All dolls are designed and handcrafted by Nataliia Sydorova
- Due to the unique handcrafted nature of these dolls, no two dolls will ever be the same. Each doll is unique and one of a kind.
- All dolls are approx. 17' inches in length. There are also 14' and 20 ' dolls available for custom order. Please refer to photos for a sense of scale.
- Dolls body is made from a natural muslin and filled with hypoallergenic fiberfill.
- All faces are hand drawn and hand embroided
- All hair is hand stitched.
- All clothing and accessories on the dolls are designed not to be removed.
- All dolls are designed for decorative purposes and ideal for display only.
- These Dolls are not toys. Gentle play only is advised.
- Delicate details (including buttons, pompoms, beads, sequins, feathers etc) mean Dolls are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
- Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of original order.

SHIPPING
- Orders are shipped via USPS Mail within 2 business days of purchase. Standard rates are $6 within the US, and $20 international. If you would like upgraded shipping, please contact us to make arrangements. You will receive an email with tracking after your order has shipped. I’m are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing.
